TI公司的微型太阳能逆变器参考设计TMDSSOLARUINVKIT是采用TMS320F2803x Piccolo™微控制器(MCU)数字控制的,250W隔离的太阳能逆变器具有PV逆变器所需的所有功能,采用Piccolo-B (F28035)控制卡.支持太阳能电池板输入电压28V-45V,通用输出功率对220VAC高达280W,对110VAC高达140W,峰值效率93%,总谐波失真(THD)小于4%,采用单个C2000 Piccolo F28035 MCU控制实现了高性能控制,得到了DC/DC和DC/AC功率级的高频控制回路,简化了设计和降低系统成本.本文介绍了TMS320F2803x Piccolo主要特性和框图,以及微型逆变器框图,连接电网的太阳能微型逆变器控制框图,太阳能微型逆变器电源级框图和参考设计TMDSSOLARUINVKIT主要特性,电路图,材料清单和PCB设计图.

The F2803x Piccolo™ family of microcontrollers provides the power of the C28x core and Control LawAccelerator (CLA) coupled with highly integrated control peripherals in low pin-count devices. This familyis code-compatible with previous C28x-based code, and also provides a high level of analog integration.

An internal voltage regulator allows for single-rail operation. Enhancements have been made to theHRPWM to allow for dual-edge control (frequency modulation). Analog comparators with internal 10-bitreferences have been added and can be routed directly to control the PWM outputs. The ADC convertsfrom 0 to 3.3-V fixed full-scale range and supports ratio-metric VREFHI/VREFLO references. The ADCinterface has been optimized for low overhead and latency.
