The UCC23313-Q1 is an Opto-compatible, singlechannel,isolated gate driver for IGBTs, MOSFETs andSiC MOSFETs, with 4.5-A source and 5.3-A sink peakoutput current and 3.75-kVRMS basic isolation rating.
