Microchip公司的RS1-B-0039是1800W空调控制板参考设计,可以迅速评估和开发多种双马达或单马达控制应用.目标是控制无刷DC(BLDC)马达和无传感器工作的永磁同步马达.设计系统具有用于功率因素修正的前端交叉升压转换器. 升压转换器还有助于在整个输入范围内调整DC总线.两个马达负载能同时控制.三相IPM逆变器能驱动大功率马达和单独的IGBT分立栅极驱动器电路,用来驱动ODU.参考设计采用不同的控制技术驱动BLDC,PMSM或ACIM马达.它还具有PFC电路以提高轻负载时的效率性能.输入电压160V-265V时开发板最大输出功率为1.8KW.演示板支持1.34KW压缩机和高达120W ODU冷凝器风扇.其它特性包括传感器用来温度检测,步进马达用来控制EEV以及用于交流负载的继电器.参考设计还可以用来其它大功率应用如HVAC,纺织机器,水泵,工业马达等.本文介绍了空调控制板RS1-B-0039参考设计主要特性和指标,框图,电路图,材料清单和PCB设计图.

The Development Board is intended to aid the user in the rapid evaluation and development of a wide variety of dual or single motor control applications. This development system is targeted to control Brushless DC (BLDC) motors, Permanent Magnet Syn-chronous Motors (PMSM) in sensor-less operation.

The system has Front end Interleaved Boost convertor for the Power factor correction. The boost convertor also helps to regu-late the DC Bus over a wide input range.
