This intelligent power module implements acompact, high performance AC motor drive in asimple, rugged design. It is composed of sixIGBTs with freewheeling diodes and three halfbridgeHVICs for gate driving, providing lowelectromagnetic interference (EMI) characteristicswith optimized switching speed. The package isoptimized for thermal performance andcompactness in built-in motor applications, orother low power applications where assemblyspace is limited.
