Microchip公司推出的PIC24F16KA102是通用,16位闪存微控制器,具有nanoWatt XLP™技术。PIC24F16KA102介绍了一系列新的极低功耗Microchip器件:具有广泛的外设功能和增强的计算性能16位微控制器系列。器件还为这些高性能应用提供了新的移动选择,这些应用性能可能已超出其8位平台,但无需数字信号处理器的数字处理能力。本文介绍了PIC24F16KA102系列方框图、PIC24FCPU核方框图、XLP 16位开发套件电路图。

- Idle mode currents down to 2 uA typical

- Deep Sleep mode currents down to 20 nA typical

- RTCC 490 nA, 32 kHz, 1.8V
