Renesas公司的RA4W1是高效48MHz基于Arm® Cortex®-M4核的MCU,具有512KB代码闪存,96KB SRAM,段式LCD控制器,容性触摸检测单元,蓝牙低功耗,USB 2.0全速,14位ADC,12位DAC以及其安全特性.微控制器(MCU)集成了多种系列软件和引脚兼容的基于Arm® 32位核,共享Renesas公司外设共同集,以方便设计升级和基于平台的有效产品开发.适用于需要安全性大容量RAM和低功耗的物联网应用以及安全装置(火灾探测,防盗检测,面板控制),表计类产品(电力,自动抄表),工业应用(机器人,开门器,缝纫机,自动售货机,UPS),健康管理和可穿戴人体传感器与智能家居和遥控玩具.本文介绍了RA4W1主要特性,框图和评估板EK-RA4W1主要特性指标,框图和元件布局图,电路图,材料清单和PCB设计图.

The MCU integrates multiple series of software- and pin-compatible Arm®-based 32-bit cores that share a common setof Renesas peripherals to facilitate design scalability and efficient platform-based product development.

The MCU in this series incorporates a low-power and high-performance Arm Cortex®-M4 32-bit core running up to48 MHz, with the following features:

· 512-KB code flash memory

· 96-KB SRAM

· Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE)
