The device is a member of the CC26xx and CC13xx family of cost-effective, ultra-low power, 2.4-GHz andsub-1 GHz RF devices. Very low active RF, MCU current, and low-power mode current consumptionprovide excellent battery lifetime and allow operation on small coin-cell batteries and in energy-harvestingapplications.

The CC1310 device is the first part in a Sub-1 GHz family of cost-effective, ultra-low power wirelessMCUs. The CC1310 device combines a flexible, very-low power RF transceiver with a powerful 48-MHzCortex-M3 microcontroller in a platform supporting multiple physical layers and RF standards. A dedicatedRadio Controller (Cortex-M0) handles low-level RF protocol commands that are stored in ROM or RAM,thus ensuring ultra-low power and flexibility. The low-power consumption of the CC1310 device does not come at the expense of RF performance; the CC1310 device has excellent sensitivity and robustness(selectivity and blocking) performance.

The CC1310 device is a highly integrated, true single-chip solution incorporating a complete RF systemand an on-chip DC-DC converter. CC1310 will be available in 7-mm × 7-mm, 5-mm × 5-mm and 4-mm ×4-mm packages.

Sensors can be handled in a very low-power manner by a dedicated autonomous ultra-low power MCUthat can be configured to handle analog and digital sensors; thus the main MCU (Cortex-M3) is able tomaximize sleep time.

CC1310开发套件CC1310DK

The SimpleLink™ Sub-1 GHz CC1310 development kit includes all the hardware you need to start evaluating with the SimpleLink ultra-low power wireless MCU platform.The CC1310DK is a bundle consisting of:

1 x CC1310EMK-7XD-7793. This is the CC1310 evaluation module kit which contains two boards with the wireless MCU and RF layout using the 7x7 mm package, external bias and differential RF output (variant 7XD). The frequency range is 779 to 930 MHz (variant 7793).

2 x SMARTRF06EBK. The SmartRF06 evaluation board is the mother board for the CC1310 evaluation module. It is specifically designed for running radio performance tests and for developing software. The board is equipped with an on-board XDS100v3 debugger, LCD, buttons, LEDs, debugger and sensors, making it suitable for developing demo applications.
